Classic Pass Revisited
"The card seems to melt through to the top"

I previously talked about Aaron Fishers article regarding use of the pass. Following a letter from Tony Noice, he has written a follow up article offering Tony’s counter argument about why you should use the classic pass.
Tony believes “the classic pass is almost (although not completely) wasted UNLESS the spectators are burning your hands.”
My feeling is that the pass is a technique and has its place in the right effect. As always the trick is only as good as the performance, and in the right hands the simplest of sleights can be breathtaking; equally the most complicated of moves can lack magic if not performed in the right context. The pass has its place, but like all things, it must be used with great care and consideration.
