"He's really quite unsettling"

Derren Blindfolded The Derren Brown fanblog AboutDerrenBrown has a great article discussing the role Jerry Sadowitz was instrumental in Derren Browns meeting with Andrew O’Connor and Michael Vine that led to his first TV special and ultimately the public recognition he currently has.

It also points out that Andrew O’Conner originally approached Andy Nyman about the mindreader special, but he turned it down wanting to concentrate on his acting career.

There are no regrets from Andy who says: “Derren was a far better choice for the job than me because he’s a genuinely odd bloke,… He’s really quite unsettling.”
