Synchronised Magic At Beijing

BirdcagePresident of The Harrogate Society of Magicians Bob McBratney is trying to get the sport of synchronised magic or “sink magic” recognised by the IOC in time for them to compete at the Beijing Olympics.

The sport was last performed at competition level during the reign of Henry V but is now lost in the mists of time.

“In those the days the game of Wores Moi Ankys Gon was played very differently to today, for example, if a member of the team performed poorly they were quite likely to lose their head – literally!” explained Bob.
